greetings everyone! exactly {1} week from today my holiday event will be starting! and with that we are getting "wired up" around here! i often bring items in & "enhance" their original state. and it just so happens that was the case with these wire objects i am about to show & tell you about!
ring around the junk...or junk around the ring? these "spring" wreaths are a great way to showcase all of your favorite"stuff"! i have put together an example {below} with some of my favorite objets d' art!
the beautiful thing about this wreath is there is no right, wrong or maybe...just a happy gathering of your beloved treasures! it also works great to clip vintage flashcards and or family photos/cards to! you never know what idea may "spring" into your head!
i was pretty excited about this little guy {below}. his belly is actually a mailbox...so i stamped a "LETTERS TO SANTA" tag for each & everyone + added ribbons to create a home for good little boys & girls wishlists! i even included a couple sheets of vintage lined school paper to get them started! now will that be candy or coal?
the last "wired up" feature is a great alternative to traditional stockings! this example {below} was put together as an inspiration display...
you will find blank "socks" ready for your own personal touch! dust off the mantel & get ready for the big guy in the red suit! after he gets the note from the reindeer express {above} he will be looking to fill your wire stockings!
